WWU事件日历
WWU uses Google 日历 to manage our 日历 of events. This allows departments to maintain oversight of their own events, make updates in real time to prove the most accurate and up-to-date information, 与WWU App等其他平台集成, and publish events automatically in the WWU 新闻 and 事件 daily email.
市场推广及大学关系 (MUR) oversees the master event 日历 which is made up of eight contributing 日历s. 在这八种日历上, MUR maintains events designated as “institutional events” for two years in advance on an ongoing basis. Other one-time events, or events with varying event information (i.e. date, time, 位置), are added by 日历 managers from departments across campus.
The eight WWU日历 types maintained on Google 日历 include:
- 学者 (events organized by an academic department or 学术管理. 例如:讨论会)
- 校园生活 (由ASWWU或学生生活组织的活动. 例如:Deadweek活动，社区计划)

To add an event on the WWU日历, contact the 日历 manager in your department. If you have questions about who to contact, email 网络.content@ngskmc-eis.net.

点击 the red “+” button at the bottom right of the screen or double click on the day of the month in which you intend to create an entry.

点击“保存."去 ngskmc-eis.net/Calendar and ensure that the event is showing up correctly.
If one of your events is canceled within 7 days of the event, please change the event title to “Canceled: Event name” in the Google 日历. If the event is canceled more than 7 days in advance of the event, 从日历中删除事件. 如果您的活动被推迟到未来的日期, please change the event title to “Postponed: Event name,” and write the new date and time in the details. You’ll also need to add the new event on the updated date and time.

Subscribing to the WWU Google 日历 in Outlook
You may subscribe to any of the WWU 谷歌 日历s to view dates in your Outlook 日历 by using the links below.This article can walk you through the process of subscribing.
Be sure that you are SUBSCRIBING to the 日历 and 不 IMPORTING it. Importing the 日历 will add a snapshot of the events at the point in time you import them and your 日历 will 不 在进行更改时自动更新.
On the Outlook 导航栏上，单击 App Launcher, and then click 日历.
下 Outlook日历 导航栏上，单击 新 向下箭头，然后单击 添加日历.
点击 从互联网，而在 链接到日历 box, type or copy and paste the 网络 address of the 日历.
